Individual therapy is for any adult seeking support from an unbiased person.  The relationship between the client and therapist allows for personal and sensitive issues to be discussed openly in a safe, non-judgmental environment.  The therapist does not act as a coach and will not make decisions for you.   The therapist’s role is to help empower you to make healthy decisions for yourself.  We allow you to express your concerns and then help you identify and utilize healthy coping skills to meet your goals
